These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of www.authenlondon.com (the "Site") and any purchase you make from AuthenLondon ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Site or placing an order, you agree to these Terms. Please read them carefully. These Terms do not affect your statutory rights as a consumer.

2. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old, or have the consent of a parent or guardian, to place an order. By placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete.

3. Products and availability

We make every effort to display our products and their colours accurately. However, we cannot guarantee that your device displays colours accurately, and actual products may vary slightly. Many of our products are made to order. All products are subject to availability, and we reserve the right to limit quantities or discontinue any product at any time.

4. Use of third-party suppliers

Our products are produced and dispatched by third-party print-on-demand and fulfilment partners. While we work with trusted suppliers, this means production and delivery timelines depend in part on those partners, as described in our Shipping Policy.

5. Orders and the contract between us

When you place an order, you are making an offer to purchase. We will send an order confirmation acknowledging that we have received your order; this does not mean your order has been accepted. A binding contract is formed only when we dispatch your goods (or confirm dispatch). We reserve the right to refuse or cancel any order, for example if a product is unavailable, there is a pricing error, or we suspect fraud.

6. Pricing and payment

All prices are shown on the Site and are inclusive or exclusive of applicable taxes as indicated at checkout. We reserve the right to change prices at any time, but changes will not affect orders already confirmed. Payment is taken at the time of order through our secure payment provider. You confirm that you are authorised to use the payment method provided.

7. Delivery

Delivery times and costs are set out in our Shipping Policy. Risk in the goods passes to you on delivery. We are not liable for delays caused by events outside our reasonable control.

8. Cancellations, returns, and refunds

Your rights to cancel, return, and obtain a refund are set out in our Refund & Returns Policy, which forms part of these Terms and reflects your statutory rights under UK law.

9. Intellectual property

All content on the Site, including text, graphics, logos, and images, is owned by or licensed to AuthenLondon and is protected by intellectual property laws. You may not reproduce or use our content without our prior written permission.

10. Acceptable use

You agree not to use the Site for any unlawful purpose, to interfere with its operation, or to attempt unauthorised access to our systems.

11. Our liability

We do not exclude or limit our liability where it would be unlawful to do so, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence or for fraud. Subject to that, we are not liable for losses that were not foreseeable, or for business losses, as you are a consumer using the Site for personal use. This does not affect your statutory rights.

12. Events outside our control

We are not responsible for any failure or delay in performing our obligations where caused by events outside our reasonable control.

13. Governing law

These Terms are governed by the laws of England and Wales, and any disputes will be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of England and Wales. If you live elsewhere in the UK, you may bring proceedings in your local courts.

14. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. The version in force is the one published on the Site at the time you place your order.
