This Shipping Policy explains how and when we dispatch and deliver orders placed at www.authenlondon.com. By placing an order with AuthenLondon ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to the terms below.

Made-to-order / print-on-demand

Most of our products are made to order and produced by our third-party fulfilment partners specifically for you after you order. This means there is a production time before your order ships, in addition to the delivery time.

Processing & production time

Orders are typically produced and prepared for dispatch within 2–7 business days after your order is placed. During sales, holidays, or periods of high demand, production may take slightly longer.

Delivery time

Once dispatched, estimated delivery times are:

Delivery addresses

Lost, delayed, or damaged parcels

If your order has not arrived within the estimated timeframe, or arrives damaged, please contact us at support@authenlondon.com with your order number. We will work with our fulfilment partner and carrier to resolve the issue, including arranging a replacement or refund where appropriate, in line with your statutory rights.
